Health Frontiers Clinic - New Hampshire
HB 701, passed in New Hampshire in August 2025, authorizes any U.S.-licensed physician to administer any treatment to patients diagnosed as terminal (~1M per year nationwide). This marks the first legal pathway in a developed country for administering experimental therapies outside the FDA’s IND and Phase I frameworks. We’re building a dedicated clinical infrastructure in New Hampshire to capitalize on this opportunity—enabling rapid testing of frontier longevity and regenerative interventions, structured data collection, and ethically accelerated human translation.
